Hello, I'm Rosie Jones.

I live in the heart of Wales, and my cooking is influenced by my deep connection to nature and the seasonal changes in the beautiful landscape around me.

Inspired by the vibrant outdoors, I bring the spirit of adventure to every meal, blending nutrition and flavour for food that fuels both body and soul.

Rosie has been cooking extraordinary food for our week long residencies for 50 people for over ten years. So fantastic and important is the food that the first question invitees ask is: "Is Rosie cooking?"

Sample Menus

Persian

Slow cooked mutton stew with black limes

or

red bean and mushroom stew

Served with Red rice, green beans and flat bread

 

Persian love cake with pistachios and rose water served warm with ice cream

Italian

Lasagne made with Nonna's ragu

or

spinach and soft cheese lasagne

Served with big leafy green salad, tomatoes with basil and balsamic, and garlic bread 

Tiramisu or cherry Trifle

Spanish

Meatballs- pork,beef or bean 

Served with carrot and butterbean stew, patatas bravas, smoky paprika peppers, warm kale salad with almonds and fresh bread

Warm whole orange and almond cake and cream
